Family-owned since 2019, Golden Crust started with a single sourdough recipe and a dream of bringing real bread back to the neighborhood. Today we are Portland’s favorite neighborhood bakery — still mixing every dough by hand, still sourcing from local farms, still opening the door before sunrise.
