We email you a private link with what we found, the price and any questions. You don’t need an account, though you can make one.

Nothing starts until you approve the scope and the price. If the plan doesn’t suit you, you can stop there.
Keep everything in one place
Files, answers, results and payments stay in that same link. Raw bills you upload are deleted 90 days after the job is done.
In-house scanning, from object to printable model
Our in-house scanning captures the shape of a suitable object as a digital model. A scan is not an exact copy. It picks up stray points and rough surfaces, and it can’t see a piece that has broken off. We work out how much cleanup and modeling that takes, and it goes into the quote.
You can also just ask us to check whether something can be scanned and printed at all. That check is quoted like any other job.

Drawing, scanning and print prices
A custom organizer or a small batch of brackets is quoted from these same lines. Your quote shows the lines it uses, and nothing starts until you approve it.

Multnomah County Library makerspaces offer free 3D printing
If you already have a file that prints as it is, try the library first and keep your money. Ask the library about makerspace locations and limits.
If there’s no file yet, that’s where we come in.

Before you order a print
Will a scan be an exact copy?
No. Geometry, surface finish, object size and scan cleanup affect the result. We agree with you on dimensions, tolerances and deliverables before we quote.
Can I upload a model?
Yes. Open your private request link and attach STL or OBJ files. Tell us the dimensions, quantity, material preferences and intended use.
What do I receive?
Agreed digital model files, finished prints or both. Scanning, modeling and printing are scoped explicitly.
Photograph the broken piece beside its unbroken twin
The matching bracket on the other side or the knob from the next drawer shows us the shape the broken one lost. Start a 3D printing request and add the photos, or call or message if it’s easier to describe the part out loud.
