Service details & terms
The four categories are internet, TV, wireless and security, and each counts once. Review plus help getting your bills never goes over $98, and our bill fees never go over $147. You pay for the changes you pick before we make them. If one can’t be completed, you pay only for the categories that were, we refund the difference, and we never swap in a plan you didn’t okay.
After a changeover we check your next bill to make sure it’s right, at no extra charge. No savings found, no charge: if our review finds no lower-cost option for the services you show us, we refund the $49 review fee. If we find one and you keep your plans, you still owe the review fee and any help getting your bills you said yes to.

You can keep your provider’s equipment. Coverage and privacy can’t be guaranteed, because layout, walls, interference and your devices all matter. Wiring and other regulated installs go to a qualified contractor.

For patios, catios, gazebos, sheds and other improvements. You can buy the planning on its own. We plan and coordinate; qualified contractors do the building under their own proposals, which you approve. RKS isn’t the general contractor. Architectural, engineering, wiring and other regulated work goes to qualified professionals.

Service details & terms
A scan isn’t an exact copy, so we agree on dimensions, tolerances and what you get back (model files, finished prints or both) before we quote. If you already have a file and only need it printed, the Multnomah County Library makerspaces offer 3D printing too.
Bill reviews: pay $49 to begin and see our results before you pay the rest. Repeat calls, extra providers and hold time never add a fee.
Flat rates only. Work past a set price, like networking work after the setup visit, design for prints and website fixes, is quoted as one flat price before it starts. Nothing is billed by the hour.
Our prices never include hardware, provider charges, contractor charges, hosting, domain names or advanced website features. If your job needs one, we list the cost before you say yes to that work.
Most of what we do has a set price or a stated minimum. When a job needs a quote, we write it up in your private request and don’t start until you’ve said yes.
