We’ll bring bill reviews and tech help to your community room.
Start with a free table day: residents ask questions and book private sessions on the spot. We review cell phone, home phone, internet, TV and streaming plans. We can also go through your organization’s own phone, internet and TV bills, line by line.
For activity directors, administrators and care teams at senior living communities, senior housing and senior centers around Portland. On site or by phone.

Residents fill in a sheet like this at the table day, then bring their bills to a private half-hour with us.
A free table day in your lobby
We set up a table at your community for a few hours, answer residents’ questions and book appointments on the spot. It costs your community nothing.
- Free for your community
- We bring the table, the sign-up sheet and the answers. There is nothing for your community to pay or sign.
- Questions answered on the spot
- We review cell phone, home phone, internet, TV and streaming plans that residents pay for themselves, plus add-ons and rental fees.
- Appointments booked at the table
- Anyone who wants help books a private appointment right there, in person or by phone.
- $39 bill review for table-day sign-ups
- Residents who sign up at the table get the bill review for $39 instead of $49. Appointments and other services are charged at our published prices.
- No savings found, no charge
- If our review finds no lower-cost option for the services a resident shows us, we refund the $39 review fee. If we find one and the resident chooses not to switch, the review fee is still owed.
- We respect what your community provides
- We respect the TV and internet your community provides and never steer residents away from it. Residents who want their own Wi‑Fi or streaming can compare options like 5G home internet.
Programs we bring on site for residents
Fewer bill and device questions land at your front desk, your staff stay out of residents’ accounts because residents share those details with us, and the program fits on your activity or resident-services calendar.

Follow-up reviews throughPhone, Internet & TV
Your community’s own phone, internet and TV bills
Front-desk lines, common-area TV, staff phones and the backup connection in each building tend to end up spread across providers, so nobody sees the total. We go through them line by line, show what you pay for, what you use and what fits, then help with only the changes you approve.
Signs your bills need a look
- The total crept up after a promotion ended.
- You’re paying for lines, boxes or devices nobody can identify.
- Several providers and bills, with no single person who owns them.
- A contract or bulk TV agreement renews soon.
- There are fees no one can explain.
What we review
Every account, building by building.
- Internet
- Primary and backup connections for each building.
- Phone
- Business lines, VoIP seats and fax lines.
- TV
- Common-area TV and bulk agreements. We compare costs and alternatives. We don’t give advice on contract terms.
- Wireless
- Staff phones, tablets and hotspots.
- Equipment & fees
- Rented modems, routers and boxes, add-ons and recurring fees.
What you receive
- Account inventory
- Every account, line, device and contract date in one place.
- Findings and options
- What looks unused or possibly overpriced, and the alternatives with their costs.
- Approved changes only
- We work with providers on the changes you approve and nothing else.
- Next-bill check
- We check the next bill to confirm the approved changes show up correctly.
Savings depend on the plans available, your contract terms and your needs. We can also check Wi‑Fi coverage and TV setup in common areas.
What a review of a community’s bills can turn up
An illustrative example for an 80-apartment independent living community and one of its residents.
Illustrative Not a real client; figures are hypothetical.
| Account | What we found | What the community chose |
|---|---|---|
| Phone | 14 business lines; 3 unused since a front-desk change | Removed the 3 unused lines |
| TV | Bulk agreement renewing in 4 months; 12 rented boxes in vacant apartments | Returned the 12 boxes; compared renewal options before the date |
| Internet | A backup connection sized for an office that moved out | Kept the primary; moved the backup to a smaller plan |
| Wireless | 9 staff lines, 2 still assigned to former staff | Suspended the 2 lines |
Monthly recurring, sample outcome$4,180 → $3,560
The community kept its TV and internet providers. Every change was approved first, and we checked the next bills. Your results depend on available plans, contract terms and your needs.
Sponsored, hosted or referral, and who pays for each
Each is a separate arrangement. Pick whichever fits your budget and your residents.
| Arrangement | How it works | Who pays | What it costs |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free table day | We set up a table in your lobby or community room, answer questions and book appointments. | Nobody for the table day. Residents pay only for appointments they book | Free for your community. Table-day sign-ups get the bill review for $39 |
| Sponsored program | Your organization covers the cost and offers the program to residents as an amenity. | Your organization | Quoted per site |
| Hosted program | You provide the space and the invitation. Each participant chooses their own services. | Each participant, only for services they choose | Published RKS prices, starting with the $49 Bill & plan review |
| Referral partnership | You point residents, clients or families to us whenever they need help. | Each client, at published prices | Nothing to your organization |
Before you book the community room
Cost, group size and the other things worth settling on the intro call.
What does it cost?
A table day is free for your community. Other programs and reviews of your organization’s bills are quoted per site. Residents who choose individual services pay our published prices, and table-day sign-ups get the bill review for $39.
What if you can’t find a resident any savings?
No savings found, no charge. If our review finds no lower-cost option for the services a resident shows us, we refund the review fee ($39 for table-day sign-ups, $49 otherwise). If we find one and the resident chooses not to switch, the review fee is still owed. Savings depend on the plans available and the resident’s eligibility.
Our community already provides TV or internet. Is that a problem?
No. We respect the TV and internet your community provides and never steer residents away from it. We review cell phone, home phone, internet, TV and streaming plans that residents pay for themselves. Residents who want their own Wi‑Fi or streaming can compare options like 5G home internet.
Is there a minimum group size?
No. We’ll suggest a format that fits, from a single afternoon to a regular schedule.
What if a resident doesn’t use email?
We explain results in person or by phone. A family member can help, with the resident’s permission.
Will you contact our providers for us?
For changes you approve, yes, through each provider’s authorization process. Someone authorized at your organization may need to join a call or add us to the account.
Where do you work on site?
In Portland, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Lake Oswego, Tigard, Tualatin, Gresham, Troutdale, West Linn, Milwaukie, Oregon City and Sherwood. Bill reviews can also be done remotely.
