Use Cases

What We Print in Filament

Replacement Parts

Drawer pulls, knobs, brackets, clips, hinges, gear teeth — anything that snapped on a piece of furniture or appliance. Send a photo with a ruler in frame and we can quote.

Custom Mounts & Brackets

Camera mounts, sensor brackets, networking-gear shelves, ham-radio antenna clips. Pairs nicely with our Smart Home division when the mount you need doesn't exist off-the-shelf.

Drone & RC Parts

Frame mounts, motor pods, antenna brackets, prop guards. PETG for outdoor durability, PLA for lightweight indoor parts.

Organizers & Jigs

Garage shop organizers, drill jigs, alignment tools, cable trays, Gridfinity bins. The kind of part that's faster to print than to source.

Cosplay Hardware

Belt clips, prop joints, helmet vents — the functional bits behind the finish. Sized for sanding, priming, and painting.

Small Production Batches

5 to 20 identical units when injection molding doesn't make sense. Quoted per job with a per-unit price that drops with volume.

Materials

PLA, PETG, and What's Coming

PLA

Default for most jobs. Stiff, accurate, easy to print, paint-friendly. Best for indoor parts, prototypes, organizers, miniatures. Not the right pick for parts that sit in a hot car.

PETG

Tougher and a bit flexible. Better for outdoor parts, mounts that take stress, and anything exposed to UV or higher temps. Slightly harder to sand and paint than PLA.

Specs

Build Size, Layer Height, Turnaround

Build Envelope

Up to ~220×220×250mm per part. Larger parts split into pieces and bonded — we'll flag this in the quote if it applies.

Layer Heights

0.2mm standard, 0.12mm fine, 0.3mm draft. We pick the right setting for cost vs. finish and put it in the quote.

Turnaround

Quick-print parts in 48–72hr. Multi-piece jobs and small batches in 1–2 weeks. Rush jobs possible — ask.
