Consulting fees
The first consultation is $99 for up to one focused hour. Additional planning, contractor bid support, and project management are $99 per hour, with estimated hours presented for approval before work continues.

RKS coordinates the approved home or business project while contractors and vendors perform their own implementation work.
Scoping, option pricing, bid coordination, contractor communication, schedule support, change tracking, and closeout are all billed at $99 per hour when included in an approved RKS scope.
Contractor labor, equipment, permit fees, engineering, and trade warranties are outside the RKS consulting fee. Those charges appear under the responsible provider’s proposal.
