Accepted Answer

No. RKS provides consulting, scoping, option pricing, and optional project management. Electrical, low-voltage, and other regulated field work is quoted and performed by the appropriately qualified contractor under that contractor's proposal, license, and warranty.

What does the $99 consultation cover?

It covers up to one focused hour of discovery, feasibility review, scope definition, budget guidance, and recommended next steps. If more work would help, RKS provides an hour estimate before continuing at $99 per hour.

Do I have to use an RKS-referred contractor?

No. You can take the plan and hire your own qualified contractor. If you ask RKS to coordinate referred contractors or manage delivery, that work is billed at $99 per hour after you approve the estimated time.

Are equipment and contractor charges included in the RKS fee?

No. RKS consulting and management fees are listed separately from equipment, permits, and contractor labor so you can see exactly who is responsible for each part of the project.
